Grand Opening Return Policy

We are sorry but all Grand Opening Orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We do hope you love your purchases, but with all the discounts, freebies and giveaways going during that time we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Please feel free to EMAIL US if you have any other Questions or concerns. 

 

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 15th-December 24th are eligible for an extension. All orders placed during this time frame must be returned to us by January 15TH OF THE COMING NEW YEAR. *This excludes final sale items & doorbusters..


Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.  EMAIL US within 2 business days of delivery for any defects or issues. 

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, cancelled or modified after checkout.

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN:

Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost with a max of $9.75). Store credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery. 

We do not charge a restocking fee as of now. (can change in future)

If you place multiple orders, please note we do not combine orders for returns. 

Please note we do not accept any returns with human hair or excessive animal hair covering the garments. We will send the items back to you if the above is found and you will be sent and email for additional shipping cost.

If orders are returned outside of our return policy window, Killer Babes Boutique as the right to decline the approved return and it will be returned back to you and you will be sent an email for additional shipping cost. 

Defective Items - 

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, HELP@KillerBabesBoutique.com, within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within two days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Please note we only provide reimbursement via Killer Babes Boutique Gift Card credit on damages. If we have the items you purchased in stock, we will send over a replacement. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY ITEMS:

  • Killer Babes Boutique does not offer any exchanges.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents. 
  • No human or animal hair of any kind.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and inside of shipping packaging to avoid Damage to the box during shipment.   If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBILE FOR RETURN:

  • ANY GRAND OPENING MERCHANDISE
  • Any sale item
  • last chance items
  • Anything marked "Final Sale" on the invoice
  • Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Belts, Sunglasses, etc)
  • Bodysuits, swimsuits, bras, intimates, or under garments
  • Anything purchased with a discount of 25% or higher
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deals
  • Holly's Closet Sale items

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. 
  • Any additional postage purchased is non-refundable
  • Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
  • Store Credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.
  • Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
