We strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping services. We offer a range of shipping options to fit your needs. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:
KILLER BABES BOUTIQUE is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with US Postal Service, FEDEX, DHL, and UPS shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please file a claim with the carrier.
PROCESSING TIME:
- We process all orders within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that orders may be delayed during peak holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- We offer $9.75 and FREE shipping over $150.00 for standard shipping and the option to upgrade to priority or express shipping.
- If upgraded to priority or express shipping, costs will vary depending on the shipping method selected, the weight and size of your package, and your shipping destination.
SHIPPING TIME:
- Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your shipping destination. Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Please note all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii will be subject to additional charges. We will send you an invoice once the order has been completed for additional shipping costs.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this tracking number.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES:
- If you receive a damaged package or missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and/or ensure you receive the correct items immediately.
- Killer Babes Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance in locating your package.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us via email, HELP@KillerBabesBoutique.com
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
